Holiday Inn Express Cologne Mulheim, An Ihg Hotel

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with the rooms being small but nice and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast, which was included in the price, offered a wide variety of options and exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the motorway junction and good transportation links to the city center made it convenient for exploring the area.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great beds and climate control. The staff is friendly and speaks excellent English. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. there are facilities like parking, a reception area with water and fruit, and a nearby McDonald's.

The breakfast was included and although it didn't have a wide variety for vegetarians, it was still satisfying.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and despite multiple complaints, no solution was offered initially.
