The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with the rooms being small but nice and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast, included in the price, offered a wide variety of options and was awesome. the hotel's location close to the motorway junction and good transportation links to the city center made it convenient for exploring the area.

This hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, with easy access to public transportation for trips to the city center of Cologne. It is also fairly close to the exhibition center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great beds and climate control. The staff is friendly and speaks excellent English. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. there are facilities like parking, a reception area with water and fruit, and a nearby McDonald's.

This hotel, located in a quiet area, offers great value for money. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, always accommodating to our needs. The room on level 4 was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed with a sofa bed. The breakfast was included and although it didn't have a wide variety for vegetarians, it was still satisfying.
All was okay, nothing of note for improvement.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the city center. It was a short drive or public transport ride away. Parking facilities were also cheap and easily available. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff members, Adam and Michael, were helpful and accommodating.
the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and despite multiple complaints, no solution was offered initially.

The pre-plated breakfast, paperless check-out, and room key drop-off box were great features, made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and cute, ensuring a pleasant experience.
One drawback I experienced was that the room I stayed in was a bit small, especially for a family of four. The sofa bed provided for my children was uncomfortable and not sufficient for their needs.
